It Goes By Too Fast

Hayden and I just celebrated our 7th anniversary! It's hard to think of a time when we haven't been together. He is a great father and husband and I was lucky to snag such a fella. We have a tradition of exchanging books each year and writing little love notes inside. This year Hayden got me "The Choice," by Nicolas Sparks. He noticed that I had recently read "Message in a Bottle" and thought he'd be sneaky. Little did he know that I bawled my eyes out, yes literal gasping sobs, finishing that tragic love story. Who writes sad love stories anyway? They should be shot! Back to the book. I guess he read the back and thought it sounded like it had a happy ending unlike the backs of others, so we'll see. Either way I was pretty impressed that Hayden noticed what I was reading! Ya, by now I should realize he's amazing, but he continues to surprise me.
